Our Cancellation Policy
We understand scheduling conflicts happen, and you may need to cancel your appointment.
If that happens, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a charge for 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will require a credit card at the time of rebooking. If a second no-show occurs, your credit card will be charged the full cost of the service.
